Love and Spirituality

 

Its strange how we divide and compartmentalise our lives - as if one bit of us has nothing to do with the next!

 

We do this in our skills as well as our spirituality - we have so many skills we use at work for example that we never think to employ at home and vice versa.

 

Spirituality is not an add on to life - but something that should flow through every part of you - like the flow of an electric current going through your body.

 

This is so true too of our sexuality. If we do not allow our spiritual selves into that part of life then sex can only be a hollow experience. If you thought it was purely to do with touch and stimulation then you would miss so much!

 

If you truly want to express your spirituality then seek ways of allowing that flow to reach every part of your body and every part of your life.
