Sex? Spirituality?

 

The life force that springs within us has many similarities to the way that our spirituality works - yet we live in a society where the two are rarely viewed together.

 

So this is the biggest challenge to us.

 

Celebrating your sexuality and your sex in complete freedom inspired by your spirituality can seem to be aggressive and threatening and may give you some personal dilemmas ( usually because other people have problems!)

 

Spirit gives us freedom - humanity places restrictions.

 

Continue to work from a perspective of no harm but at the same time celebrate your sexuality in all its fullness no matter what another may think.

So what do you do about your sexuality?

 

It is best expressed empowered by a spiritual love - experience that and you will realise what has been missing from your sexual life all this time. What stops you from doing that when this same love and spirituality underlies all?

 

For many this is the concept of Tantra - combining spiritual approaches that show themselves in healing love and are expressed sexually.

 

Love is certainly the way forward - and those of us who experience that combination of love and spirituality will know that sexual expression is so much higher and deeper and better and longer (ok - you get the picture!) than any activity without it.
